FREE  TWICE - WEEKLY GROUP MEDITATION SESSIONS

In-person and online for any meditator who has learnt Vedic meditation or TM from a qualified teacher in a four-day in-person course.

These are currently held on:

- MONDAYS at 5.15pm (AEST) in-person at my studio at the Jetty Strip, Coffs Harbour - you can join online

- SATURDAYS at 5pm (AEST), 8am (CET)

ROUNDING 

If you are a Vedic meditator you are eligible to add this simple advance practice to your meditation routine creating an industrial strength meditation practice.

Rounding involves a series of gentle yoga postures, pranayama (breathing technique), a your meditation practice and an extended rest period.

When incorporated into your routine regularly (as time permits) it has a profound effect, soothing the nervous system and increasing adaptation energy.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Taught in-person only, individually or in a group setting.

EXPLORING THE VEDA

Part One

Designed for those meditators who have a desire to experience advance Vedic wisdom in a clear, accessible and life-changing way and deepen their practice.

Join me on a journey into the heart of consciousness, and Vedic wisdom, guided by the teachings of my Master Teacher, Thom Knoles, one of the leading world authorities on Vedic meditation and knowledge.


This course, facilitated by me, will enable you to experience some of the following: explore the blueprint of creation, learn how reality is structured and deepen and advance your meditation practice, expands awareness and your experience of life.

An important aspect of taking this course is the time for in-depth discussions and exploration of themes with Alya derived from the recordings. These session support you integrate new revealed knowledge into your own everyday life.


In addition course participants learn special advance meditation techniques which integrate into home practice easily.

We will enjoy organic, Ayurvedic meals or snacks during each session.

Meditators who participate in these course oftentimes create lasting friendships amongst like-minded participants.


The Veda is an ancient record of spiritual experiences and is the source of Yoga, Ayurveda, meditation and Indian philosophy, The Veda is eternal self-organising knowledge embedded in the fabric of consciousness, revealed when awareness becomes still, calm and clear.

Anyone who has practices Vedic meditation or transcendental meditation for one year is eligible to receive training in advance technique to accelerate your path towards expanded state of consciousness and for integrating blissful experience into your everyday life.
