Vedic Meditation


Course for beginners:


Taught over 4 sessions (each  1.5 HOURS), IN-PERSON:

FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT

Upon completion of the  Vedic meditation course, you'll be a self-sufficient and able to practice anywhere, anytime, for life.

You'll also have access to ongoing support with Alya, as well as a global community of Vedic meditators and network of qualified teachers.

With regular practice, you might experience individually deep rest and rejuvenation, release of accumulated, and a greater sense of  calm, happiness and expanded awareness.

Wherever you are in your meditation journey, there are opportunities for continued growth and finding your next step for expansion.


BEGGINERS COURSE CONTRIBUTION:

Students choose their course fee from the options below in discussion with Alya. This approach honours the Vedic tradition, where a pilgrimage to learn with a teacher included an offering of a great value to receive even a greater value. Deciding on a contribution that reflects your circumstances honours both your investment into yourself, in wellbeing and it supports you to embody the practice and the teachings themselves. 

To honour tradition while recognising that circumstances vary please see the course contribution structure below:

Community Rate - $680 (full-time students, concession card holders)

Minimal Standard Contribution - $1108 (approx. equivalent go one week's average income)

$1200 + Contribution (for those whose income exceeds the standard contribution in alignment with the traditional offering


Private courses for corporations, individuals, couples and family groups are available upon request.

CHILDREN'S TECHNIQUE
If you have children, or are an expecting parent, Vedic meditation can also be taught in an age-appropriate way.

If one parent/guardian in the household meditates, children may be eligible to learn.

MANTRAS FOR NEWBORNS

For famillies where at least one parent or primary caregiver practises Vedic meditation, newborns receive their own mantra at birth upon request. This is traditionally offered as a soft support  for their transition into life.




TRAVEL & TEACH
In addition to regular courses held on the Coffs Coast, Vedic meditation can be taught at a time and place that suits you.

You can learn to meditate anywhere - in your hometown, workplace, or other special gathering place. Contact Alya directly to discuss options.

Alya is available to travel across the East Coast of Australia and when in Europe, across Slovenia, Croatia and parts of Austria and Italy. 

Course investment for travel-based teaching varies depending on location and group size.


Courses are offered year-round and can be scheduled at a time that works best for you.

Support AVAILABLE FOR MEDITATORS

Alya Hopkins Vedic Meditation is a service based on the Mid North Coast NSW offering Vedic meditation courses for beginners including advance knowledge courses and techniques.

Ongoing support is available to all graduates of a qualified in-person Vedic meditation course.
